Melton Family History Group welcomes new members. Membership costs $25.00 per year and members receive a periodical newsletter, “Melton Branches” with interesting articles and information on our calendar, as well as a What’s On news-sheet filled with news of our meetings and other info. We invite our members to contribute articles to both Branches and What’s On.
The Group meets at 6.30PM on the 2nd Thursday of the month (except for January) in the Meeting Room at Melton Library, McKenzie Street, Melton. A calendar is planned each year, with guest speakers addressing items of interest to those attending the meetings.
Members are in attendance at the Melton Library (Family History Area) every Wednesday Morning between 9.00am and 12.00pm.
We provide assistance to anyone wishing to trace their family history, you do not need to originate from or live in Melton.
